Have you ever wondered why there are so many injury lawsuits? After all, most people don’t want to be forced to go through the troubles and hassles of filing a lawsuit & people not wanting to be sued is a no brainer. So, what gives? Why all the lawsuits?
As you begin to analyze the reasons it starts to become apparent that lawsuits are largely inevitable. Sometimes it’s a difference of opinion. other times it’s that insurance companies don’t want to pay what the injured party claims to need to fully recover. And there’s a long-standing argument on what the value of human suffering may or may not be, in addition to the value of quality of life. Some may argue that those things are relative to the individual, but what do the courts say?
