On today’s show, Gary & Brad ask the listeners to participate in an on-air challenge, where they’re asked to answer test questions about auto accident situations.
As an example: Imagine being the victim of an injury accident, where you’re forced to swerve to avoid hitting a vehicle that just cut you off, which causes you to hit an object like a guardrail, forcing your vehicle back onto the road, where you then hit another vehicle.
Most would assume the accident wouldn’t be your fault, in this situation, even though you ended up hitting another vehicle. It may still raise a lot of questions as to who ends up being responsible, however. Especially if the vehicle that caused the whole thing ends up just driving away like they weren’t even aware of what had taken place.
